Being a rather introverted and un-people-person I found it very challenging to interact with other people. In business, interaction is everything: from managing others to forming alliances to plain old good manners. This book explained how to achieve all that through a number of little tips and tricks that are low-risk and high-impact.

The best thing is that this book was written decades ago, but it could have been written a week ago. The book is written about principles, not the latest fad or research study. Good old-fashioned writing. That's why it is my favourite business book.
