No-Compromise Leadership has refocused my daily thought process and vision. I have a bookmark on page 98 section 8.1 "Accountability".
As any good leader knows, you have to constantly look at your business and say, "what or who needs to change?". Unfortunately, far too often, that list doesn't include the leader him/herself.
After reading Neil's book, I now start each day thinking, "What do I need to do to help motivate and move my team forward?". My team sees me holding myself accountable as job #1, so they know I walk the talk. As a result, they know Compromise is not an option!
What do you know...it works! I believe it is the foundation for all of the other key elements of the No-Compromise Leadership. You have to start by looking in the mirror.
