Common sense in a nutshell. I look for the opportunities to go beyond my normal duties to provide a value added experience for my clients. It makes me feel good and I believe that my clients appreciate me more - and refer folks to me for their needs as well. In the converse situation I look for people who apply this principle in their own offerings. I continue to share the concept with those who are unaware as well. It has become a focusing element for me. Something that I wouldn't have realized was unique somehow, without the book pulling it all together for me. Now I am able to utilize it as a tool to generate more business and hopefully to acheive greater goals in the long run.
