It is a great book! I read this at the book store one day, I actually picked it up to look at the cover because the cover and title caught my eye. Tells about all types of people in the work place and analyses the psychopath in the work place. The book shows the reader what signs to look for in employees and how to spot a psychopath before great damage is done. Often psychopaths are very good at tricking those around them into believing they are doing good positive things when they are really concentrated only on themselves and will cause great damage to a team or project and come out on top looking like the good guy when they are the one that caused the problem.
