As a pastor of a church I have used his definition of team, which is the best I have found. The book is a constant reminder for my own journey that the very thing I fear, "slow death" is the very thing which will occur if I do not make the deep personal change I need to make. It's always a risk, but without the risk, I will never achieve my potential and fulfill my purpose.
